BLOG 3: TV Series

Hi everyone!

I'm not very good at keeping up with TV series... Sometimes I get too obsessed and I binge watch a certain show with many seasons in just a few days, but sometimes I watch until the middle and I completely forget about it until months later hahaha 😅

That's why I have a lot of shows on my list! I really like Netflix, it has so much content and its always finished. But I also use illegal streaming platforms when they aren't on Netflix (especially when they are from HBO, Disney or are animes and doramas). The last show I watched was Squid Game, but I have many of other shows on my list like Game of Thrones (sadly I'm only at season three)

I don't usually rewatch shows, but I do watch twice or more episodes of Black Mirror! There is another show which has the same themes called Love, Death & Robots. Every episode is an animated short made by different artists, first season has a lot of interesting animated stories! I recommend it.

I know about series through social media and memes... I'm not sure about popular series 😣 but I'm waiting for Euphoria's second season. I know it's not out yet, but I don't know when it will come out hahaha, I guess I'll have to wait.

Hi everyone! Ever since I entered university I've thought about doing a postgraduate studies. I feel that it is important to me, because my career deals with many topics and doesn't go fully in depth. I'm not sure where to apply, because I'm not sure what degree I would have hahaha I am very interested in doing a master in human rights and Europe seems to have many places for it, but it's important to know the language! Usually the course is taught in English, but the best thing will always be to be able to speak the native language of the country. Latin America also has some master, but they have a focus on migration and ethnicity... And I think that human rights are more than that If not, I would like to do a master in gender. Europe and North America have many universities that see this issue from feminism and/or from identities. Anyways, I think they are issues that are linked! BLOG 8: English Language Challenges

Hi everyone!!! Learning English has been stressful but much more fun than in school. The whole problem of connectivity made it difficult to learn, but I'm happy that the lessons were from stories and interviews (I really hated the grammar) I find the blog interesting, writing something from experiences is much easier, but it was difficult for me sometimes because I forgot to do it (or I thought I had done it) I think having classes where we can see each other should be much better, zoom will never compare to talking face to face. I can listen and I can read, but speaking in english is something else. Sorry :/ Listening to music or watching movies in English has helped me begin to understand words, how they are pronounced or some phrases. But in a day to day I only use my knowledge of English for music (I need subtitles for movies and TV shows hahaha). I'm sure that the more I expose myself to english, the more I'll learn... I only have doubts with written, I feel that there...

BLOG 2: The best vacation ever

Hi everyone! I talk about my best vacations... It were in the winter of 2019. I went to Punta de Tralca for 4 days with my friends. I had a lot fun and had time to relax, that's why it's my best vacation! Punta de Tralca is a great place, it's close to bigger beaches and the place is calm. There is also a peninsula that has a place called "Roca  del trueno" because the sound made by the waves breaking on the rocks is similar to the sound of thunder ⚡ On the other side is another beach, but it's not suitable for swimming, it has many rocks and few people go there, however you can sit and listen and admire the sea. In my vacations we visited that beach but didn't swim, in winter it's not fun to swim in cold water 😔 Every night we had a party. One day we went to a town near where we stayed and the others days we passed time on the beach or walked on the rocks I ate french fries every day hahaha See you next post! <3
